Absolutely not! You are most welcome to work with me even if you're completely new to exercise and never stepped foot in a gym before. Equally seasoned gym goers or if you have a personal fitness challenge in mind, I'm here to help.
There is no set format here as initially I will take a full case study of both horse and rider to establish routine, likes/dislikes, fitness level of both horse and rider, what facilities are available to use and what the rider is looking to achieve with their horse. Each programme will be entirely planned around these factors to create a truly personalised plan for each combination.
I keep my books very small and only work with a limited number of people, this way I believe that I can offer total commitment to each of my clients. I'm not just there for the time we spend physically together but on the end of the phone, text or e mail at anytime to pick you up if you're having an off day, cheer you on when you're having a great day and kick your backside when required! (in a nice way)
